Best Start is very excited to our announce our recent initiation of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) called Client Care. We have started with new clients and gradually we will phase out our paper records. There is even a client portal, in which the client inputs her own health history and can review her own labs, ultrasounds and prenatal visits on-line. The front desk medical assistants will give you a user name to sign in. We are also building electronic educational links to limit unnecessary paper usage. Please be patient with us as we learn our new system, with continuous quality improvement as our goal.
